We partner with NZ Post, a trusted national courier service, to deliver all orders securely across New Zealand.
Order Processing
All orders are processed promptly to ensure minimal delays:
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days from the time of purchase
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays
- During peak periods, promotional campaigns, or high order volumes, processing times may be slightly extended
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Delivery Timeframes
We aim to deliver your order within the following estimated timeframe:
- Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days (New Zealand wide)
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on:
- Your location within New Zealand
- Courier operations and network conditions
- External factors such as weather or logistical delays
Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order value and delivery location.
- Free shipping is available on selected orders over $99
- Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before completing your purchase
Tracking Your Order
All HERÉ orders are shipped with full tracking.
- A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched
- Customers can monitor the progress of their delivery directly through NZ Post
Delivery Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details provided at checkout are accurate and complete.
HERÉ is not responsible for:
- Delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Packages marked as delivered by the courier
If an order is returned due to incorrect details, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
